Lana Del Rey Replies ‘No’ to Post Asking if Details About Rumored Boyfriend, an Alligator Tour Guide, Raise Red Flags

The singer and Jeremy Dufrene, a boat captain from Louisiana, recently sparked dating rumors

 

Lana Del Rey is setting the record straight!

The singer, 39, replied to an Instagram post about her rumored relationship with alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene on Saturday, Aug. 31.

“What’s your take on this developing relationship? Are these new details raising any red flags for you?” the Just N Life post originally said in the caption, which was updated after Del Rey replied, “No.”

The post included a screenshot of a social media post allegedly from Dufrene’s daughter that reads: “in regards to my dad and lana from my last few tweets. If there’s any type of update, ill give it to you but for now ive got nothing to give. I barely talk to my dad let alone care about his love life. I’m just shocked WHO he’s dating.”

Del Rey debunked the claim: “Also, that’s not his daughter on Twitter.”

Both of the “Candy Necklace” singer’s comments are still visible, though the caption has been edited to reflect her responses.

“Lana Del Rey has addressed the rumors in our comments section and the Twitter user is not related to her new beau,” the updated caption reads. “We’ve also posted a new post reflecting her statements.”

Del Rey made headlines when she and her rumored boyfriend were spotted holding hands at Reading & Leeds Festival in August while the she was headlining the music festival.

It appears they met during a trip to Louisiana in 2019. At the time, she and a few friends stopped by Airboat Tours by Arthur and Dufrene took them on a guided swamp tour — which the singer later posted about on Facebook.

Dufrene is a father of three with two daughters and a son from a previous relationship.

Previously, Rey has been linked to real-life cop and Live PD analyst Sean “Sticks” Larkin, singer Clayton Johnson and music producer Jack Donoghue.
